Q: What does the session/creation fee include?
It includes the photographic experience for your immediate family (Parents and Children) and everything mentioned above.
During this time your children will get to spend one-on-one time with SANTA going through our different scenes and we will be there to capture those special moments. Does not include any portraits
Q: How much are portraits:
Our fine ART portrait options start at $150.00.
We offer an array of the finest finishes and mounting options. Our most popular options are our heirloom wall portraits and our hand-crafted storybooks.
We certainly have something for everyone's budget. We also offer PayPal financing so you can get what you love.
Q: Can We Change Outfits During the Session:
The session time slot is very strict, so any changing of clothing will take away from shooting time. The time slot cannot be extended based on this lost time. We provide a wardrobe for the children but you're welcome to bring your own. We do not offer shoes. Adults must come ready to go. We recommend pajamas or holiday wear in solid colors (White, Red, or Green) that best match the scenes.
Can I Bring My Own Props:
We encourage you to bring your child's favorite toy, we would love to capture their bond in a portrait. Thousands of dollars have been invested in beautiful interactive set with many triggers that we already have tested. Let the magic of the Santa Experience take flight on it's own and you will be amazed.
Q: What Happens if My Child Doesn't Cooperate:
There are no guarantees that every child is ready to see and interact with joy with Santa. We have had a 97% success rate. We will capture what is present. If there is a
resistance we can not force happiness and joy on a child. We can, however, do a "Drop and Run" and have fun images you can show off to their first date when they are teenagers.
Q: Can I Bring Our Pet/Animal(s):
Due to allergic reactions of other families, we no longer do sessions that include pets.
Q: Is this Just For Children or Can Other Family Members Participate in the Session:
The entire family can participate. The session fee includes parents and siblings. No cousin sessions, each family must purchase a separate experience. It is recommended cousin sessions are booked back-to-back for portraits and interaction with each other. Grandparents are encouraged to be included and can be added for an extra fee.
Q: Can I take my own pictures
No, we are a full-service photography studio. We have a strict NO camera/video policy.
Please put your cell phones away, leave the shooting to us and enjoy your child's expression as it lights up in amazement.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the high demand and limited availability we need a 72-hour advance notice to refund you your session fee.
Q: Where are the sessions conducted?
Due to the global pandemic, we are operating on an extremely limited basis from our home studio located in Thornton, CO. We have conditioned the full lower level for our private Santa Experience.
Q: When do I order the portraits?
On the day of your session, you will book a separate appointment to come back the same week to view and order your portraits. We do not offer online viewing and ordering due to the high season and in order to protect our artwork in the digital era. Please bring all decision makers to your ordering appointment.
